The social redistribution and reallocation of work, digitalization and entry, transition and promotion paths in the world of work harbour risks and opportunities. As a result of digitalization, task, activity and responsibility profiles often have to be reorganized. We record the changes associated with this transformation, examine the scenarios for the work of the future and develop them conceptually. We also conduct research into the consequences and design requirements of digital applications and artificial intelligence in the world of work. We are also looking at the possibilities and limits of mobile working and its effects and opportunities in various professions, sectors and areas.
