Care

Overview

Due to socio-demographic change and other influences, society's need for care is growing, while it is becoming more difficult to find enough well-qualified specialists and workers. At the same time, the professional demands on nursing care are increasing. In this context, we are researching, for example, professional development and nursing training, the interaction of differently qualified carers in the workplace, different approaches to combating the shortage of skilled workers, such as the recruitment and integration of foreign carers or the reactivation of people who have left the profession. Innovative work design and supporting carers through digitalization are further topics for the future.
