WG Future of work

The working group "Future of Work am IAT" was established as part of the preparation of the research and development plan (feed) 2022-2027. The idea is that a future -oriented research also brings organizational adjustments to work design. This applies particularly against the background of the experience with mobile work during the Covid-19 pandemic. The WG sets the goal of forming a future-oriented, flexible work for and with the IAT employees in the medium and long term. The activities of the WG include regular discussions in small or larger rounds about upcoming challenges, needs and wishes at the IAT as a location, as well as the development of scenarios and concepts about the implementation of the resulted ideas.
